This is a custom designed seven day breath work course with your own one on one ‘coach’ who is committed to your success. We take the time to listen to you so that we can create a seven breath-work course that is based on your individual lifestyle and goals. We’re there with you each of the seven days.

The course begins with a thorough assessment of what your personal breath-work course goals are and how we can achieve them based on your lifestyle. The is done in two parts: First we ask that you fill out a questionnaire. Then we schedule a time for you and your ‘Coach’ to meet with you via Zoom or Face time. We will align expectations and quantifiable benefits with a specific program and schedule that is practical. This provides us with the optimum conditions for success.
The seven day course is preceded by a forty minute private one on one Zoom or Face Time meeting with your certified breath-work Coach. Most importantly, during the initial one on one meeting, there will be the opportunity to ‘tune in’ to where you’re at, your unique situation. We will establish a daily breath work program that is specifically designed for you. Then we review the breath-work practices that you will be doing in order to make sure that you’re confident and well established in the techniques. We will also create your own breath-work ‘day planner’ that we can use to chart your progress each day.
Every day for seven days you will receive a text ten minutes before your breath work session is scheduled to get underway. You will return the text confirming that ‘you’re good to go’. If for whatever reason you do not return the text confirming that you are ‘good to go’ you will receive a phone call. You will then be arrested and taken to jail (kidding). Most often, since the designated time for your breath work session is pre-planned at a time that is ideal for you its easy to stay on track. However if necessary we can adapt and adjust accordingly. This holds us ‘both’ accountable and committed to your success.
If there’s any questions or adjustments that need to be made we can address them at a scheduled time. The objective is to keep you ‘on track’ and making steady progress.
On day three of your course there will be a previously scheduled fifteen minute Zoom or Face time personal assessment meeting to review your progress. This will give us the opportunity to clarify any aspects of your program that are necessary and to ensure that we now have a solid foundation on which to build your practice.
Feedback and encouragement: At the conclusion of your course we will have the opportunity to address integration and assimilation of your newly established breath-work practice into your life.

Anyone who is not fully satisfied with the course can request and will receive a full refund.
Currently Joseph Salamon is the only fully trained and licensed course coach and advisor. If you sign up before January 1st, he will be your personal breath-work advisor and coach. There are future coaches and advisors currently in ‘training’.
While not ideal, one on one consultation, progress and assimilation meetings can be conducted by phone if you prefer. However a current ‘portrait format’ photograph is required. .
Once the course is scheduled, a $40.00 rescheduling fee is required for the course to be re-scheduled for a later date.
A certain amount of extra assistance is available if and when needed at no extra charge. However certain circumstances may require substantially extra consultation and assistance. This is available for an extra charge that will be determined on an individual basis.
